This is a fun and interactive winemaking experience where visitors get a chance to blend their own wine. Tour behind the scenes, enjoy tastings of Penfolds Wines and then don a lab coat to see first hand what happens when blending the varieties together. Once satisfied with your own blend it is time to bottle your masterpiece. Your friends will be most impressed with your name on the bottle as Assistant Winemaker.

Tour not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to Occupational Health and Safety on a working winery site. Full names required in advance so personalised bottle labels can be designed.
