The morning adventure will begin with a pre-flight briefing with your pilots and crew at Best Western Lakeside at 6am - the briefing is where your pilots will introduce themselves and explain how the balloon is inflated, when to board, and answer any other questions you may have.
After this briefing you will accompany the team outside to launch a small helium balloon to track the wind direction and speed for the morning's flight.
The pilots will then choose the launch and landing sites for your flight - there are 25 different launch sites out in the Disney Area and the one that is used on the day of your flight will depend on the wind direction and speed. (Balloons fly with the wind).
Everyone will then board the air conditioned vehicles and head to the launch site and when they arrive all guests will be invited to help with the preparation and inflation of the balloon.
Just before lift off the ground crew will take your photo!
Balloon flight lasts one hour - take as many pictures as you like!
Receive champagne on landing and the pilots will explain some of the history of ballooning and how champagne became part of the tradition.
Return to Best Western Lakeside for the full Buffet breakfast (from eggs and bacon to hash browns & sausage & gravy with biscuits to fresh fruit and Doughnuts)
During Breakfast each passenger will be presented with their "First Flight Certificate" signed by their pilot.
Children under 10 travel free when accompanied by one full paying adult. No children under 5.
