BBC Good Food Show London with Food Icons Session

A new feature of this year's BBC Good Food Show London, The Food Icons Theatre will feature sessions with the leading lights of modern cookery with demonstrations and talks of particular interest to visitors who are food professionals.

Tickets for these sessions include general admission entry to the BBC Good Food Show London 2008.

FOOD ICONS THEATRE SESSIONS

Friday 14th November at 1pm and 3pm - Heston Blumenthal
Heston will be giving a one hour presentation inspired by his research for the television programme 'Heston Blumenthal - Further Adventures In Search of Perfection Christmas Special 2007'. Discover how his multi-sensory eating experience can be used to capture the memory of Christmas when creating the biggest meal of the year and learn how his unique creativity can trigger our senses of sound, touch, sight, smell and taste.

Sunday 16th November at 1pm and 3pm - Nigella Lawson
Nigella willl be sharing her views on cooking and giving an insight into her new book, Nigella's Christmas which will be out just in time to help you create your very own seasonal feast. Then watch, learn and enjoy as Nigella creates her delicious Christmas cookies, which in usual Nigella style will be easy to make, fabulous to look at and seriously delicious. As if that wasn’t enough Nigella will then be taking questions from the audience, so make sure you come prepared.
