Guests may pick up their pre-paid tickets on game day. This booth is open approx. (2) hours prior to Kick-off. Proper Photo Identification is required. Tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets.
The Giants Stadium is located 6.9 miles from Times Square in New York.
From New York City (via George Washington Bridge) and points north:
Take the George Washington Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take the Turnpike’s western spur to the Sports Complex exit - 16W. This exit provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas.
From points south:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 16 West. Follow signs for Meadowlands Sports Complex. You can also take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 153A. Proceed on Route 3 East to Sports Complex.
From New York City and points east:
Take the Lincoln Tunnel and follow signs for Route 3 West. Take Route 3 West to the Sports Complex.
From points west:
Take either Route 80 or Route 78 to Garden State Parkway or New Jersey Turnpike. Proceed as from New York and points North.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
BUS From Port Authority in Manhattan:
The Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan at Eighth Avenue and 41st Street offers load-and-go bus service for all events at the Meadowlands Sports Complex (20 minute ride). Service begins operating 1-1/2 to 2 hours before the event begins. The last bus to the Sports Complex will depart 30 minutes after the event begins. Frequency of service will be determined by the nature of the event and the ridership demand. ( In New York City, passengers are required to have a ticket prior to boarding.)
Departure Locations:
Departure area for basketball on hockey events is Gate #305. Departure areas for all other events should be confirmed at NJ Transit Ticket Windows 1-10.
From Meadowlands Sports Complex to New York Port Authority Bus Terminal:
Bus service begins operating at the conclusion of the sporting event or concert. The last bus to New York City will depart one-half hour after the event has concluded. ( Fares may be paid on-board the bus at the Meadowlands Sports Complex.)
Departure Locations:
From the bus shelters near the west end of the Stadium and practice field area (Gate D).
Fares: $3.25 one-way for adults when purchased at the Port Authority ticket window ($4.00 when purchased on board the bus at the Meadowlands only).
$6.50 round trip for adults.
$1.50 one-way for seniors and disabled persons

Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lots 4, 7, 8, 10A, 15 (Stadium Club Members and South Tower guests) and 18. Enter Giants Stadium through Gates B or D.
Rest Rooms:
The facilities in Sections 117 through 125 are specifically equipped for guests with disabilities. Restrooms for guests with disabilities can also be found in the following locations: Mezzanine Level in Sections 210, 220 and 240 (men's) and Sections 202, 212 and 222 (women's); Stadium Club; South Tower Levels 4, 5, 8 and 9.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is permitted on the spirals and at ground-level plazas at all gates. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas of Giants Stadium.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Guests who attend events at Giants Stadium expect to have a good time. As such, it is our duty to ensure that those guests who drink alcoholic beverages do so responsibly. The following is a list of the alcohol policies instituted at Giants Stadium:
Guests will not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Stadium.
Guests will not be allowed to enter Giants Stadium if they appear intoxicated.
Limit of 2 beers per possession.
Alcoholic beverages are not vended in the seating areas.
Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 must provide valid proof of age.
Beer sales are shut off at the end of halftime or earlier at management's discretion.
Drunk and disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Giants Stadium without refund and could result in the loss of season tickets.
