JLS, the hottest boy band in the UK nominated for three Brit Awards, have been announced to play live after an evening of racing at Epsom Downs Racecourse on Thursday 22nd July.

Aston, Marvin, JB and Oritse shot to fame during the 2008 X Factor when runners up in the competition. The boys swivelling hips, cute faces and falcetto voices tick all the boxes for their millions of teenage female fans who will no doubt enjoy the great value, intimate live concert at Epsom ahead of the band’s Arena Tour in December.

During a phenomenal 12 months, the boys debut single ‘Beat Again’ sold over 100,000 copies in its first week of release. Their second single ‘Everybody in Love’ topped the UK Singles Charts too, selling over 120,000 copies in its first week. The band’s self titled debut album was released in November 2009, and has since gone triple Platinum, with sales of over 900,000 copies in the UK alone.

Epsom Live is a series of evening fixtures every Thursday in July which feature live racing on the world renowned Derby course followed by a live outdoor concert each week. Already joining JLS on the line up is James Morrison and Simply Red with two further announcements to be made.
