Tickets to Republic of Ireland v Columbia at Craven Cottage in London.

The Republic of Ireland will face Colombia on Thursday 29th May 2008 at Craven Cottage, London, home of English Premier League side Fulham. The match will be Giovanni Trapattoni’s second game in charge of Ireland and is scheduled at the end of an intensive period for the squad which will also include a training camp in Portugal and a match on 24th May at Croke Park against Serbia.

Colombia, currently 21st in the FIFA World Rankings, are also due to play France in Paris on 3rd June. They are third after four games of the South American World Cup qualifying group.

Travel to the Ground

By Tube: Putney Bridge (District Line) - Approximately 10 minutes walk or Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City/ Piccadilly/ District Lines) - Approximately 20 minutes walk.

By Bus: From Kingston-upon-Thames bus station. Take either the number 85 or C4 bus to Putney Bridge. The ground is approximately 10 minutes walk from here.

From Hammersmith - Catch either of the following numbers which run down Fulham Palace Road: No's 190, 211, 295, 220.

From Putney - Catch either the No 74 or the 220 to Fulham Palace Road.

  • Visiting supporters found in home areas of the stadium will be ejected without refund (the Putney End has been allocated for Colombia supporters and all other areas for the Republic of Ireland).
