In 750 year old Alkmaar you will learn about a time-honored Dutch tradition: taste-testing and weighing of cheese. Four teams from the Cheese Carriers Guild compete for the fastest, faultless timing while handling tons of tender produce. On the beautiful scenic way back, we will take you to the windmills of Zaanse Schans, used in former days to create reclaimed land.
Simply make your booking through the website and print your voucher. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, visit one of the two Gray Line ticket shops:
- Gray Line Ticket Shop opposite the Rijksmuseum (Stadhouderskade 42)
- Gray Line Ticket Shop opposite the Central Station (Stationsplein 10).
Your voucher will be exchanged for an excursion ticket.
Redemption locations are Gray Line Ticket Shop opposite the Rijksmuseum (Stadhouderskade 42, Amsterdam)or Gray Line Ticket Shop opposite the Central Station (Stationsplein 10, Amsterdam)
Notes: Children under 4 are free.
