• Family tickets are available online allowing entry for families of 4 (max. 2 adults). Please select the total number of people in your party here.
• Tours available in Spanish and Italian at 10.30, 11.15, 12.15, 1.30, 2.30, 3.15 & 4.15. Tours available in French and German at 10.30, 12.15, 2.30 & 4.15.
Please check the language of your tour when booking.
• Tickets for collection can be collected from the Ticket Office. Would customers collecting tickets please arrive at least 25 minutes before the tour start time. Also note the ticket office closes at 4pm sharp - thus customers needing to collect tickets for the 4.30pm tour need to arrive by 3.45pm.
• **† For family tickets select the the discount marked ** on the first ticket and 3 (three) additional family tickets marked †. Family tickets are availble for groups of 4 (four) only with a maximum of 2 (two) adults.
