In this fun family experience see some of the greatest objects ever invented, from the printing press to the telephone, plus some of the first ever patented inventions from the Science Museum's collection.
What device in your house could you not live without? Let Wallace's expertise inspire you in the 'create your own' workshop and develop your own idea for the next big thing.
Please note that we're using some cracking technology that means you'll be able to print out your own admission tickets. Please make sure you have access to a printer before buying your tickets.
MUSEUM OPENING TIMES & DIRECTIONS
The Museum is open daily from 10 am until 6 pm however visitors are asked to leave galleries' at approx 5.45pm.
We are located on Exhibition Road, which is a five-minute walk from South Kensington Underground station. The District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines serve the station, and visitors are advised to follow the signs from the station in order to reach the Science Museum. Parking near the museum is limited; however, there are metered spaces directly outside of the Museum on Exhibition Road.
Entry to the main galleries of the Science Museum is free. Visitors can purchase IMAX, SimEx Simulator and Motionride Simulator tickets on site.
