The Comedy Carnival features an outstanding line-up of award-winning, international comedians every Saturday night. Acts that have performed at the club recently include Russell Brand, Reginald D Hunter, Phil Nichol, Andrew Maxwell, Robin Ince and Kitty Flanagan to name but a few.

After the comedy, get ready for a spectacular party night at London’s premier nightclub, The Grand. Spread over three floors, the club features Europe’s largest flashing dance floor plus a brilliant lighting and stage show not to be missed and is open until 3am.

If you’re looking for a complete night out, the Comedy Carnival Party Packages are some of the best around. Packages include free drinks, reserved seating and nightclub entry, and come with the option of food or a private area.

There is little parking in the Clapham Junction area – there is pay parking in the Asda Superstore car park & the Lidl & Boots car parkS – all serviced from Falcon Lane which runs between Falcon Road & Lavender Hill

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO THE VENUE

1) Entry is subject to the terms & conditions of the venue, event organizer & promoter, defined henceforth as ‘the management’
2) The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
3) Entry to the venue is limited to those 18 years of age or older. The management reserve the right to request picture identification indicating proof of age. Any person unable to provide ID or under the age of 18 will be refused entry will not be eligible for a refund.
4) The Clapham Grand is open until 0300hrs. The Comedy Carnival show runs until 2200hrs, patrons attending the show in Wessex House will receive a handstamp to allow entrance to the Clapham Grand, and are advised to be in the Clapham Grand by 2300hrs. Patrons attending the Comedy Carnival show in the Clapham Grand are advised that show runs until 2200hrs and are advised to be in the Clapham Grand this time.Patrons arriving after the above times may not automatically be permitted entry & will not eligible for a refund.
5) Entry is to the named booking confirmation e-voucher/Seatem voucher holder & their bona-fide guests
6) E- vouchers/Seatem vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
7) Current Licensing Laws are strictly enforced.
8) Persons attending the event may be subject to search.
9) No bottles, cans, alcohol or food (including bottled water) are to be brought into the venue.
10) Both venues are legally obliged to operate a strict NO SMOKING policy
11) No illegal substances may be brought into, or taken on, the premises. Any one caught in possession of such substances will be ejected from the premises and may be reported to the Police.
12) Any persons found in possession of weapons of any description may be refused entry and / or the items seized will be logged and handed over to the Police. Personal items deemed to be a potential risk may be confiscated until after the event.
13) There are no re-admissions & this policy is strictly enforced.
14) Those attending the event may be subject to continuous sound levels, which may cause potential damage to hearing.
15) Those attending the event may be exposed to strobe lights.
16) Those attending the event consent to any filming and sound recordings as members of the audience.
17) No professional type cameras, audio / visual, or digital recording equipment will be allowed into the venue. Please note that the admission of cameras of any kind is subject to alteration in accordance with the wishes of the management.
18). No entry fees will be refunded following ejection from, or refused entry to, the venue on account of, but not limited to account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying of weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings
19) The management reserve the right to alter the line up of an event. Should the event be cancelled or postponed all reasonable endeavours will be taken by the management to notify those who have booked to attend the event.
20) The management accepts no responsibility for any personal property on its premises
21) Please respect our neighbours and make as little noise as possible on leaving the venue.
