3 hour drive from Hurghada to Luxor, a site often referred to as the greatest outdoor museum in the world. Visit the West Bank. Take an excursion to the Necropolis of Thebes on the Eastern bank. Crossing the Nile, drive to the Valley of Kings to visit the tombs of various Dynasties and The Temple of Deir El Bahari.

On the return journey stop at the Colossi of Memnon where you will see two gigantic sitting statues representing Amenopis III facing the Nile. Visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.

Afterwards, visit the East bank Karnak and Luxor temples. An excursion to the Luxor Temple allows you to see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Proceed by carriage or bus to Karnak, which is a series of temples built in different reigns.

Starting by the Avenue of Sphinxes, visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with it's 134 gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatchepsut and Tutomosis III, the temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the Granite Scarbeus of Amenophis III and the Sacred Lake. A lot to take in on one trip but well worth it!

The trip includes lunch. Then return to Hurghada.

Dress Code/What to Bring
Casual. Dress according to the weather for that day. A sunhat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a bottle of water are recommended.
