Voucher Redemption Information

The time and date chosen is a request only and must be confirmed directly with Manhattan by Sail. Please call the phone number on your voucher at least 48 hours in advance; 1 week notice is recommended. The captain will collect your voucher from you as you board the vessel.

Directions to North Cove Marina

By Foot:
Go west on Vesey or Liberty Streets crossing West Street (West Side Highway) via footbridge. Enter marina from the North or South. Go to South Side of Marina.

By Subway:
E to World Trade Center. R/W to Rector St. 2/3/4/5/A/C to Fulton St/Broadway-Nassau St.

By Taxi/Car:
Take West Street (West Side Hwy) to World Financial Center/Battery Park City. Go West on Liberty Street and go all the way to the end. This is as close to the marina as vehicles can go. Get out at South End Avenue. Walk down ramp to North Cove Marina.

Parking: Take a left turn on South End Avenue, go 1/4 block and make a right into Gateway Parking just before the Chase Bank.

By Ferry:
Take either NY Water Taxi, New York Waterways or Liberty State Park (Jersey City) water taxi directly to the World Financial Center, landing you within less than a 5 minute walk to North Cove. The ferry terminal is located approximately 300 yards north of the marina. Walk south along the Hudson until you reach North Cove Marina. Shearwater is located on the South Wall opposite the Winter Garden (glass atrium) Pavillion.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the Captain due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failure, customers will be rescheduled at no additional fee. Refunds are not offered. A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling at no extra charge. A $10.00 per passenger surcharge is required for a reschedule within 24 hours. For groups of 10 or more, the rescheduling fee is $20/person for requests received within one week of the scheduled sail date.
