Henham Park is between the A12 and A145 starting at Blythburgh in Suffolk. The A12 is off Junction 28 on the M25.

Age Restrictions


Persons aged 16 and under by law must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years. No refunds will be issued to unaccompanied under 16’s in breach of above condition of purchase

You are advised to carry photo ID which verifies your age.

Children Under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding responsible adult over the age of 18. they still need to order a ticket from www.latitudefestival.com.

General Info


You need to be over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol on the site All persons who intend to purchase alcohol at the event should carry proof of age. If you fail to produce proof of ID when asked you will not be served alcohol.

Police or Security may carry out random searches when you are entering the festival site and arena. Do not attempt to bring in illegal substances as you stand a very real chance of being caught.

CAMPERVANS
Anyone wanting to bring a campervan, mini van or coach to the Festival must email their request to campervan@meanfiddler.co.uk prior to the event or write to: Festival Office, 16 Harlesden High Street, London, NW10 4LW

Latitude Festival 2008 – Information
All customers 13 year and above must hold a full price ticket.
Under 13 (12 years and under) are free but must have a valid ticket obtainable by ticket holding parents from www.latitudefestival.com.

Weekend Ticket - Standard Camping
This is a standard weekend ticket with standard camping included. Required for all persons 13 and over.

Weekend Ticket - Family Camping
This is a weekend ticket with camping, with a spot in the "quiet" or "family" camping fields. Each person 13 years of age and over within the family will require one of these tickets.

Free Child Ticket
Children aged 12 or under will be eligible for free tickets for Latitude Festival 2008 when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
These can be booked online - www.latitudefestival.com.. This is for the Organisor’s to monitor numbers and so we can arrange for sufficient facilities.

When purchasing your standard tickets you must select the number of children under the age of 13 you are bringing. This is for our numbers and so we can arrange for sufficient facilities.

Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 13 but holding a Child ticket

Standard Day Tickets
This is a standard day ticket giving access to the arena only. It does NOT include a camping ticket.

CHILD TICKET - FRIDAY DAY TICKET
Children aged 12 or under will be eligible for free tickets for Latitude Festival 2008.
When purchasing adult tickets, you must select the number of children under the age of 13 you are bringing. This is for our numbers and so we can arrange for sufficient facilities.
Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 13 but holding a Child ticket.

Supplemental tickets:

Campervans & Caravans
Every occupant of your campervan must be in possession of a valid weekend ticket with camping. This is simply a supplemental ticket sold per vehicle.

If you intend to sleep in your campervan, caravan or trailer tent, you need to pre-purchase a campervan supplement assuring you of a place in the campervan site. Purchase from www.latitudefestival.com.

Please note there are two options: ‘Normal Campervan field’ and’ Family Campervan field’. You must select the type you require.
By purchasing a Family Campervan permit all persons aged 13 or over must have a full weekend FAMILY camping ticket. Please salso see above for Children 12 and under (Free ticket).

No vehicles are permitted in the standard campsite and you will not be permitted to sleep in the car park.

Lockers (for small valuables)
This year we have teamed up with Lockerhouse to make sure you can keep your gear safe at Latitude Festival. Book now, and be sure to keep your stuff safe all weekend. Refer to www.latitudefestival.com.

IMPORTANT! - PLEASE NOTE: the locker sizes are 25cm wide x 15.5cm deep x 10cm high - so they are the right size for small valuables (mobiles, wallets, cameras).

Car Parking – Free to ticketholders

Age Restrictions
0-13 Must be registered to receive a FREE Children’s ticket.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old. Don’t take any chances - bring proof of age.

Disabled Access Tickets

Disabled customers will be provided with one free ticket for their helper, where required. Should additional helper tickets be required, please email info@festivalrepublic.com

Opens: 2pm Thursday 17th July 2008 (5pm for guest ticket holders)

Festival Republic – Festivals & Events
Terms & Conditions – All Events
1. No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
2. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3. No unaccompanied under 16’s are allowed on site. Under 16’s must be accompanied by over 18’s.
4. Children under 13 (12 years old and under) are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. There may be exceptions to age restrictions/ticket requirements at one off events. Please refer to the information line or www.festivalrepublic.com for individual events.
5. No re-admission. Tickets are non-transferable.
6. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to evict or refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
7. Festival Republic, The Astoria and its associated Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles - if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons.
8. The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
10. Entry will only be permitted on production of valid tickets. Tickets are only valid when presented in full. Tickets without stubs, defaced or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted for admission (please refer to point of purchase prior to the event in the case of accidental damage).
11. Strictly no trading allowed within the venue without the Promoter’s consent.
12. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other public broadcast as part of the audience or by security CCTV.
13. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of Festival Republic.

Information & Notification – All Events
Disabled Facilities are available – please call 020 7009 3000 for further information.

1. Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
2. Please use the litter bins and recycling points provided on site. Please do not drop litter on the way to and from the venue.
3. No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.
4. The following items may not be brought in to the venue: Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Air Horns, Spray Cans, Fireworks and Flares. All Items will be confiscated.
5. You may be body searched at the entrance. Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, will be confiscated.
6. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
7. Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol may be refused entry to the site. Please only bring enough for personal consumption.
8. The following items may not be brought in to the arena: Alcohol, Drinks Bottles and Cans.
9. Sealed water bottles 500ml and under and food for personal consumption may be brought in to the arena.
10. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
11. No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
12. Fires are not permitted in the arena. The burning of plastics are not permitted anywhere on site. Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters or containers on to fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction from site.
13. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
14. As of July 2007 smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings.

Reading, Leeds and Latitude Festivals.
Please note that tickets are not valid for entry to the arena. Please exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Wristband Exchange as soon as possible on entry to the site. You are responsible for your ticket until it is exchanged for a wristband. Please refer to point eight of the Terms & Conditions above (lost and stolen tickets).
