The customer does not need to request a specific date for the tour when booking with Keith Prowse -simply turn up at the Port Authority Terminal 30 minutes in advance and present the voucher issued by Keith Prowse at the Gray Line window.

Special Needs Info 

Accessibility—if the customer has a fold-up wheelchair and can board the bus with assistance of a companion, the wheelchair can be stored in the luggage compartment.  Drivers are not allowed to lift or assist the passenger for insurance reasons.  Once the guest reaches Woodbury Common all stores are at street level and are wheelchair accessible.  Those who do not have a fold-up chair cannot participate in this tour because the motor coaches are not adapted with a ramp with lift.
