Now in its Seventh Smash Year! Teatro ZinZanni is uniquely staged in a luxurious European Spiegeltent.

Teatro ZinZanni was created by Pacific Northwest non-profit arts and events producer One Reel in 1998 and enjoyed a sold-out 14 month run in Seattle before bringing its antique spiegeltent to San Francisco in 2000, now located at its permanent home on Pier 29 along The Citys Embarcadero.

Teatro ZinZanni breaks new artistic territory with this intoxicating blend of interactive theater, spectacle, fine arts and fine dining, put together under the artistic direction of One Reel's Norman Langill.

The ever changing cast at Teatro ZinZanni features world-class practitioners of some of the oldest and most time honored traditions in entertainment. It is truly an extraordinary ensemble, of a caliber unlikely seen anywhere else in the world. Enjoy the distinctive magic that is created by these incredible talents with fine cuisine and lively music presented in the intimate jewel box venue.

We are located at Pier 29 on The Embarcadero (at Battery).

Where do I park? How much does it cost?
There is street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Be advised that meters and parking restrictions are checked frequently and parking tickets are expensive in San Francisco.

The following is provided for informational purposes only: it is not a recommendation. Parking is available in many public lots along the Embarcadero, including Pier 27/29, (cross streets are Battery and Lombard on the Embarcadero with the lot entrance at pier 27 across the street from The Fog City Diner), and is $15.00 per car.

Parking is paid for ONLY by using the self-pay machine that is located near the entrance to the lot. If you are approached by anyone asking for parking payment, pay the machine ONLY.

This lot is leased by Central Parking from the Port of San Francisco; Teatro ZinZanni has no control over, nor is it responsible for the actions of individuals approaching patrons on property accessible to the public. Any questions on parking in the public lot may be addressed to Mike Cruz, Central Parking at 415-317-4900 .

Price Includes ticket price, ticket handling fees, 5 course dinner, dining room service charge, 3-3.5 hour performance and sales tax where applicable. Price EXCLUDES all beverages, beverage gratuities and any applicable sales tax. These will be charged on night of show. Gratuity is based at your discretion on the amount of beverages you consume. Standard gratuity is 18% of your beverage bill. Parties of 6 or more will be charged an automatic 18% beverage gratuity.
