    Bt Road: Exit 28 on the A10 motorway is 2 minutes from the Parc du Futuroscope main entrance.

    TGV-Futuroscope train station : direct route from many towns and cities on the high-speed TGV train.

    If you arrive at the station Poitiers (center city), you can get to the Parc du Futuroscope by taxi or bus (lines 9 and E).you can consult the bus schedules on the Web site of the bus company

    By plane: Poitiers-Biard airport is 10 minutes away by taxi.

    Audiovision (French): Translation adapted for the sight-impaired.Translation headsets availabe for use at the main entrance and at the Futuroscope-TGV train station.     Baby area: Two baby areas (Relais Nestlé) for nappy (diaper)changing and preparing bottles, are located at the main entrance and in the the Cité du Numérique (Digital City). The Parc du Futuroscope does not provide baby-sitting services.

    Currency exchange: Available at the main entrance

    Cash Dispenser: Two ATM-distributors are available: located at the main entrance and in the Cité du Numérique (Digital City).

    Wheelchairs and baby strollers: Available for rental at the main entrance and at the Futuroscope-TGV Train Station. Fee: 5€ per day, with deposit (limited quantity available).

    Parking: Direct access from the A10 motorway or the national highway N10.Flat rates per vehicle: Day 5€ (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day), Evening 2€ (from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day)

    Lost and Found: The Lost and Found area is located at the main entrance near the luggage check. Once you have left the Park, you may also enquire about lost items by phone: (33) (0) 5 49 49 30 00

    First Aid: A First Aid office is open without interruption in the area 'le Monde des Enfants' (Children's World).
