Proms in the Park returns for its 15th year to Bedford Park on 2nd August 2008.

The 2008 programme will see performances of popular classics from The London Gala Orchestra, Bedford Choral Society and stunning soprano Juliette Pochin all led by conductor Stephen Bell.

Bedford Park is part of the town's Victorian legacy, and its formal gardens, carriage circuit and lake provide the perfect setting for this very special Proms in the Park concert.

The evening will conclude with our firework and laser show, which are always one of Bedfordshire's most spectacular displays and in 2008 they will be bigger and more amazing than ever before!

Easternbreeze Ltd. hold two kinds of concert, pop and picnic. What you can and cannot bring into the concert arena depends whether a concert has been designated as pop or picnic. Generally speaking the restrictions are stricter for pop concerts. If you try to bring in a prohibited item into the arena you will have the choice of returning it to your car or handing over to our security personnel, in which case it will be disposed of and cannot be returned.

At picnic concerts you cannot bring in:

• Private marquees. Small gazebos - without the sides & back – are allowed but will be restricted to clearly designated areas
• Banners or poles (not including flags or poles to attach lanterns to)
• Patio umbrellas and parasol umbrellas
• Barbeques
• Professional audio, visual or photographic equipment (except with a press pass arranged in advance)
