'Ferie' consists of : a troupe of 100 artists, including 60 Doriss Girls recruited world-wide ; 1000 costumes of feathers, rhinestones and sequins, made in the most famous Parisian workshops ; sumptuous sets in shimmering colours, uniquely designed by Italian artists ; outstanding international acts, and the awaited return of the giant aquarium; all this performed to original music recorded by 80 musicians and 60 chorus singers.

The tradition of cabaret does not rest on gastronomy, none the less Laurent TARRIDEC makes the Table of the Moulin Rouge delicious experience.

He came from Brittany, was head chef and owner of the restaurant Leu Mouscardins in Saint-Tropez (on the French Riviera), and wanted to put his talents to the service of the prestigious Moulin Rouge. As he said 'At the Moulin Rouge, every night is a feast. The courses we prepare have to be as good and beautiful as the scenes, costumes and dancers.' Laurent TARRIDEC is not only a talented adventurer of gastronomy, but also a master chef, as demanding of the quality and freshness of the produce as with its presentation.

Gala nights are for him occasions to create exciting and new menus, which blend the most delicious shellfish with the most noble meats and wines.
