Take the “Touristic Road of Champagne” into the heart of champagne country and discover the history and secrets of this mythical drink – the “King of wines”!

In the morning, the guided visit of “Moët & Chandon” cellars in Epernay will enable you to discover the elaboration of Moët & Chandon wines, the skill of its oenologists and the legacy of an enriched “savoir-faire” passed down through generations of Cellar Masters.
A glass of champagne will be served. Free time to discover the store and the mythic “Dom Pérignon” bottle.

Then enjoy a traditional lunch in Mutigny,(Champagne aperitif), a charming little village built among vineyards, on a hilltop, overlooking an exceptional viticulture sight.

In the early afternoon, following a part of the “wine grower’s trail”, the visitor will discover the riches and characteristics of the Champagne wine country as well as the work methods of wine growing.

In the afternoon, a hostess from the house will show you around the production facilities of the «Champagne de Castellane »: vats, bottling, galleries, packaging room. You may also have the chance to actually see champagne makers at work.
To close, enjoy a flute of brut « Croix Rouge » followed by free time to visit the champagne museum. You can also climb to the top of the Castellane tower (66 metres) and take in the fantastic panoramic views!
